- The credit crunch; all buyers need to evaluate their credit profile and begin working early with their mortgage professional in order that they may buy their dream home.

- As a real estate agent and stager, I enjoy adding that extra touch. It is amazing how much difference staging makes. In a housing division that had numerous foreclosures, recently our listed home sold for a considerably higher price due to the staging. At least one of the other homes had the exact floor plan!

- I want 100% client satisfaction, and will work my hardest to maintain that satisfaction.

- My family.

- Don't worry about the commissions, if you work to satisfy your clients, the money will follow. Your clients lead to future referrals.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Right here in Texas. I love to travel all over, but in a few weeks, I'm ready to come home.
