Kevin is with out question a rip off and con artist. He makes promises he never intended to keep to get your money then acts like you never said anything to him about it before the sale. The best part about it is how he pretends to be such a kind person until the deal is consumated then turns into another person when he is asked to uphold his end of the agreement.

The worst landlord I have ever had. I rented from JOAN, who is mysteriously never in the office and/or in court whenever I have a maintenance issue (which is frequently) that was not addressed in a timely manner or at all. She never returns phone calls and never gives out contact information - phone or email, so that you can contact her directly when requests are "lost" with the secretary, Kristin. Stonewall properties are not well maintained and you will end up doing a lot of maintanance yourself or threatening legal action. My neighbors at 224 e. mulberry have the same complaints. Mold, broken ovens, toilets that don't flush consistently, broken water heater, poor water pressure, over committed parking (5 separate apartments CONTRACTUALLY PROMISED the same 4 covered parking spots!), no repainting between tenants and no insulation are some of the problems you will face. BEWARE! Predatory landlords at Stonewall Property Group.

Like the other review, this guy has no interest in you. He is very rude and does not take care of maintenance requests. He has scumbags working for him who in turn come in and steal from you. Beware of this guy and his so called proprty managers.

this company is so full of bs! they don't care about what is going on with what they say they told you came with the place cause they just want your deposit and full rent but once the amenitiy they told you came with the place and you already forked out your money, oh it was never suppose to come with it that the previous tenants left the washer dryer there... it's not our problem when they advertised it in the listing.... bad customer service and no resolvement here... gonna have to pay out of pocket more now but they could care less and i haven't been here 1 month.... look elsewhere people.... thank you carol galloway for being dishonest....

Ryan also lied to us. Sold us a home, took our $ and didn't pay the house. Didn't care that the home was getting foreclosed and that we would be thrown to the street! Now he is HIDING, but he will pay for all he has done.

Ryan Cornehlsen is a liar and a fraud. He bought my house and never paid for it. Of course he did all the paperwork which seemed perfectly legal except that he totally screwed me and my husband. He stopped paying on the loan which was left in our name and still collected rent from the renters. He has trashed my credit and almost ruined my career. He is being invesigated by the FBI. Stay away!

Justin in a sentence is awesome. He had a specific plan and executed it flawlessly to stage list and sell my home and we closed in 34 days. I am very impressed!
