came into the transaction AFTER clients had already been to home twice. ended up getting an approval for clients brother. contract approvable but for the 3.5% commission. i've had enough with greedy agents. his refusal to cut .5% of his commission stopped the clients, my clients, from getting this home. i even told him that he could donate the .5% to a charity, in his name, for the tax write off. and he stopped the deal for less than $350.00 how sad.

Thomas Lanzen is absolutely the worst experiece of house hunting I could ever imagine. He was unable to get keys to homes,didn't make appointments, did not return phone calls, cursed at me over the phone and in person demonstating a mean,evil, lazy persona. Admitted smoking dope in front of the chidren tothe rear of his yard and he routinely walks naked in his backyard even with children on the other side of the fence. I just can not imagine a more worthless man. He told us that his wife is the breadwinner and he enjoys sleeping late and maintaining a rental he said was very undemanding. I wish you would circulate this to as many people as you can so that no one else will be put in our misery.
