Dave did all the preparatory legwork for that week, sending us listings to review, developing an understanding of what we were looking for, and winnowing down a list of homes for us to look at upon arrival. When we departed San Antonio six years later, he did an equally superb job for us in selling our home. He also has an excellent eye for detail.
