Hands down, the worst in ole' San Antone
The worst landlord I have ever had. I rented from JOAN, who is mysteriously never in the office and/or in court whenever I have a maintenance issue (which is frequently) that was not addressed in a timely manner or at all. She never returns phone calls and never gives out contact information - phone or email, so that you can contact her directly when requests are "lost" with the secretary, Kristin. Stonewall properties are not well maintained and you will end up doing a lot of maintanance yourself or threatening legal action. My neighbors at 224 e. mulberry have the same complaints. Mold, broken ovens, toilets that don't flush consistently, broken water heater, poor water pressure, over committed parking (5 separate apartments CONTRACTUALLY PROMISED the same 4 covered parking spots!), no repainting between tenants and no insulation are some of the problems you will face. BEWARE! Predatory landlords at Stonewall Property Group.
Do not have anything to do with this crook
Like the other review, this guy has no interest in you. He is very rude and does not take care of maintenance requests. He has scumbags working for him who in turn come in and steal from you. Beware of this guy and his so called proprty managers.
Not a Good Agent
I lived on his rental property several months ago in Portland Texas. I calle him several times in order to deal with several issues on the property and the current manager. He was unable to work anything out with me and handle any of the resident issues. He is very rude and I would never recommend him for anything. He has lied over and over to me and my husband. He has no respect for his clients/ residents and dosent care about anything that goes on as long as he gets his money. He never fixed anything in the apartment or on the complex. I would never believe anything he or any of his workers say.
