Alex Sanchez buy a previous house with Rey Rocha and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I want to share with everyone the absolutely horrible experience I had with Rey Rocha. He only showed me houses that he had listed himself and failed to show me homes that met my criteria listed by others. We found the house we wanted ourselves and told him we wanted the house. He made it very difficult for us and was basically telling us what we were to offer and rarely listened to us. We lost the house because of his stubborn attitude. He was very arrogant for an elderly person and very insulting. I would not recommend Rey Rocha to anyone that actually wants a good experience and to buy a house.
