B. Charan buy a previous house with David M Popkin and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
David is a complete sadistic, selfish business man who looks out for his own interests rather than those of his clients. In 2003, he brokered a garbage sub prime loan with a cheap teaser rate that has since reset to nearly 13%. He lined his pockets by charging me 4 points origination fee. I was new to real estate at the time and shouldve taken a pro active stance to uncover the fleecing he manipulated. He never once told me it was an adjustable loan and I naively never saw that he charged me 4% garbage junk points (thousands of dollars for him). Stay away from Popkin, he is a crook and a thief!!
