I had issues when renting a property though kathryn such as things needing to be fixed. Not to get into detail but I searched reviews to see what others have said about mag properties and not to my surprise, two seperate indiv saying the same thing. Kathryn was rude to me about repairments and I over heard her being rude to a third party repair company as well. Dont rent

She is just plain rude for no reason. I have been renting from one of the properties she manages and from the very beginning she was very hard to talk to. Whenever there is something that needs to be fixed she is defensive, rude, and has an awful attitude. She laughed at my name (for a couple of minutes) because she said it sounded funny. I love the apartment, and if it weren't for that I'd be out of there in a heart beat because of her. When my wall unit airconditioner went out she picked the cheapest possible airconditioner and it wasn't installed until the next day (in 100 degree weather). She has no people skills what so ever and should be fired.
