- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I have always enjoyed investing in the stock market/real estate etc.. Now I enjoy passing on my knowledge to homeowners and not only get them in a house but educate them on making smart financial decisions ranging from where they choose to live to the type of house they get etc...
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Luckily so far not really none. I would say being able to be there for all my clients. I have been blessed to have a lot of referrals and at the present my team consist of only myself and my partner Valerie. We are working on training two other agents so that we can better assist our clients
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I had a military client that we had just rented out their house because they were upside down about $10K and couldnt sell there house. They had orders to Hawaii. The day their tennats moved in they found out their orders were cancelled and they were no longer going to Hawaii. We were able to then turn around and find them a bank owned property appraised at $176K that they purchased for $131K so now hopefully when they get orders again they will be able to sell both houses and end up ahead.

- My honesty and integrity and connecting with people.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My mom. I do not like oweing anyone anything becuase I owe my mom too much. :)

- My mom says Be Happy :)
