- I helped a neighbor sell his home so that he could move to Germany to retire. He said he would never be back to Texas. We lost touch, as this was before we came to rely so heavily on email and the internet. I only had a free Juno email account, rarely used. One day I was surprised to find an email from my long-lost friend, stating that he was returning to San Antonio and would I help him find a new home! I wondered, at that time, how in the world he had managed to find me, since I had changed brokers and had no website.
