We were first time buyers and he helped us through all of the details and explained everything. He even continued to help us after the closing with questions that we had. "Tony's diligence as a realtor resulted in my family receiving multiple offers on our home (4) within two days on being on the market during these tough times. Tony’s true excellence may be working as your buyer’s agent. As we were building our home, there were some serious structural issues with our house (I am a former construction superintendent and current engineer). We were heavily committed with earnest money and the builder had no desire to correct the situation. Tony was able to negotiate us in to the home we actually wanted and thought we could not get, for what we were going to pay for the lemon. By the way, Tony recouped our earnest money from the other builder and had a check in our hand in a couple of days. As a true testament, I appreciate the job Tony did for my family. He fought for us, when he could have made his life easy and simply took a commission. I trust Tony so much I have even referred him to my own Mom, who is about to have Tony list her home as well."
