We would like to express our deepest regards for realtor Claudia McShane, who has shown us exceptional efforts during the sale of our property. Seldom have we seen, in this day and age, another person put this much effort into helping someone else. Her dedication and professionalism are truly noteworthy. We tried selling our property ourselves and met with a very dismal response. Never would we have guessed the difference a professional realtor could make. We were simply amazed at the multitude of responses we received, after turning the process over to Claudia. Her ideas were excellent, and her advice to us was priceless. Her confidence and knowledge helped us over several critical hurdles, and with her help we made the right decisions at the right time. When the buyers of our property made several demands that would have made us panic, her responses and demeanor kept everything on an even keel and in no time at all lead to us selling the property for a price we were thrilled with.

Kudos to Claudia McShane, for her professionalism in locating and arranging the purchase of our home in the "Woods of Shavano" in San Antonio. It is refreshing in these troubled times to find an agent, that not only has an immaculate reputation for honesty and integrity and service to her clients, but also the can do attitude of Ms. McShane. I have recently had the terrible experience with working with this company at it has been horrible to say the least. The agents are not the most informed in the industry to say the least and one is left in the dark on many issues that agents should be there for there clients to answer. I would not recommend this company to anyone that I personally know as it does not seem to professional overall, the response is terribly slow and my home is still pending because of issues arising from the firm and commission. I would suggest to anyone who uses them to insist on a lower commission do not let them make you think that you have to pay 6 percent go as low as you want it is your choice and their money and business to lose. If you do not know the ins and out of real estate I would stray far away from this company.

Working with an agent with this office turned out not to be a good experience. Your agent should understand the business and help protect you the buyer. This agent was fresh out of school, was getting no backing for the office (apparently). I purchased a condo and later found that he should have insisted on getting it inspected so that I would have known that the heating system was faulty. I was under the impression that the realtor was handling the warranty - not true. Anyway, they are suppose to be the ones with experience to guide you through the purchase process. Instead I learned the hard way after the purchase.Dawn H.
