Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
The neglected South side is in the process to be revitalized. In addition to the already built Toyota plant and the planned A&M University campus, they broke ground to build a new shopping center near 410 and Roosevelt, with new residential properties soon to follow. Downtown added new high rise condominiums, with new ones planned in the old Pearl brewery. The famous river walk has been expanded with new businesses to follow.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I find it extremely rewarding to make Real Estate dreams a reality. Every day is challenging and therefore never boring
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Lately more and more people do not seem to have enough cash on hand to make a down payment or be able to pay for the closing cost.

Here is one of the success stories from one of my clients in their own words: Claudia demonstrated patience and poise under pressure as we dealt with rather difficult sellers who almost caused us to withdraw our offer and purchase our second choice instead. To say that the sellers' behavior angered my wife and I would have understated our sentiments. Claudia's strength saw us through and we closed on the property. There are so many beautiful places - San Antonio is one of them! The city has such a diverse cultural background, which makes it very interesting. The cost of living sure is one of the lowest in this country, the economy is pretty healthy compared to the rest of the US and the weather is uplifting.
