Very Satisfied

Tomas Arrendondo helped us in purchasing a for sale by owner home. Mr. Arredondo is very knowledgeable. He reads the contract(s) throughly and explains to the buyer/seller any clauses that are not understood. If there is something questionable he will look into it for you and get back to you in a timely manner. I would recommend Tomas Arredondo's real estate services to anyone in need of selling or purchasing a home. I was very satisfied with his services.

Awesome

Mr. Arredondo was a great realtor, not only did he show the house, he showed up for the home inspections, gave recommendations on questions during construction. He was with us from the beginning to closing, He made the whole buying process alot more relaxed, than I believe it would have been. I would Recommend Mr. Arredondo to anyone from first time home buyers to the investor, Mr. Arredondo is just a book of knowledge and willingness to help.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
There is no one way to describe the satisfaction on my clients faces when they move into their new home, or comfort in selling their home and moving into their new home. The look on their face says it all! I could not be in a happier place! These are the joys and rewards in this business.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Seeing someone loosing their home.

I had a family from Pennsylvania that was relocation to San Antonio as a corporate relocation. My wife is a teacher, and my clients had children, so the proper schools were a must. My wife assisted me in researching the right schools. We found the right areas and began our search, but none of the houses felt like home to my clients. I went back to the office and extended my search, even including an area that was not on my clients map of places to live. In fact it was on the opposite side of town they wanted to live. After all of the visits came up with no interest, I suggested the one that was not on their preferred places to live. It turned out to be the perfect home with everything they were looking for including a swimming pool. The schools were also a plus! My clients purchased the house and are very content with their purchase. My wife and I were invited to a delicious dinner, and continue to keep in touch. Next time I will start backwards!
