Former Tenant buy a previous house with Cynthia W Munsterteiger and would recommend them to other home buyers.
I rented a house managed by Cindy for a little over three years. I never met her one time. She always claimed she was to busy or she was our "in the field". Calls go unreturned, she NEVER answers. It;s not until you e-mail her boss that she returns your calls even then when she responds it's with an attitude. Very unprofessional, in my honest opinion I'd rather rent from a high school kid than her. At least I'd get to talk to them in person if I had an issue. About a month before we finally moved out she would have people just show up at the house to look at it. She'd also have people calling us day and night to set up a viewing. Very unproffesional. She also let the house we were in go to hell before we moved in, I feel sorry for the owner.
