- The average home price in this area is approx $150,000
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I love working with people and the great feeling the comes to me when I have assisted a buyer or seller achieve their goal.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The most challenging issues for a Real Estate Professional today is keeping up with the advances of technology used in the industry and staying fresh with the ever changing laws regarding the sale of Real Property.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I had a client who came to me a few years ago and said "I want a $180,000 house but I only want to pay $120,000 !! (everone's dream right !) Well we searched and searched and searched some more and finally after THREE years of searching we found the home that was listed for $185,000 and after four weeks of negotiating with the seller, my client bought this home for $125,000 !!!! HIS DREAM CAME TRUE !
- What is your best characteristic?
- Patience !!!! I am told by my clients that they enjoy the fact that I am very knowledgable about the Profession BUT almost ALL of them LOVE how they dont feel rushed by me !!!
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I think I am inspired most by my faith in my supreme being ! The strength that comes form my beliefs encourage me to do my BEST no matter what the challenge !
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- ALWAYS be open and honest with everyone. If you dont know the answer to a client's question say so and go FIND the answer !!
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Right here in San Antonio TX, and I have lived in approx 22 cities in and out of the US and seen a lot of beautiful places but San Antonio is sooooo unique !!
