The agent cancelled my home inspection that I scheduled twice in the first 10 days of the contract without my permission and gave no reason. The agent had the home inspection delivered to him and never gave me a copy. I ended up having to go to the home of the professional that did the home inspection in order to get a copy of the home inspection that I paid for. Most phone calls to agent went unanswered and failed to return calls. Agent had meetings with a mortgage broker without me. Many questionable activities took place during the process of purchasing the home. Agent was told several times to place a contract on the chosen home before he finally did. A variety of things were promised by the agent without ever carrying through. Some of the behavior was very unprofessional.
