Kevin is with out question a rip off and con artist. He makes promises he never intended to keep to get your money then acts like you never said anything to him about it before the sale. The best part about it is how he pretends to be such a kind person until the deal is consumated then turns into another person when he is asked to uphold his end of the agreement.

WE MOVED INTO A HOUSE AND KEVIN AND HIS CREW WERE VERY SINCERE THAT ALL WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF WHEN WE MOVED IN. IT IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MANAGEMNET CREW IVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY TAKE 2 MONTHS TO REPAIR THINGS(MAJOR THINGS), DONT RETURN CALLS, AND RUDE WHEN YOU FINALLY TALK TO THE B*T*H THAT ANSWERS HIS PHONES

In addition to being a real estate agent he is also a manager for rental properties. This man is absolutely the worst individual to do business with, he does not return calls, does not keep appts, his office team are rude and non professional. If you want to work with someone that you constantly have to call in order to have the services that you are paying him for than he may be a better individual for you. I will never again make the mistake of working with this man or his office staff! You would be better off doing your search for homes alone than to put your trust in him!

mr. clark is not a good person to do business with. he doesn't keep track of paperwork, he loses reciepts and tries to charge tennates for his mistakes. he will only fix rental homes if the housing authority
