Kyna Puckett buy a previous house with Dennis R Burroughs and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I do not recommend renting from this company. They cover nothing when it needs repaired which is totally opposite from most rental companies. Also, when moving out, the letter that is sent out states you can be present for the walk through which was requested, then they tell you that it is not possible and they do not do this. The move out process is totally messed up and they charge for things that were listed on the move in form. I do not recommend renting from C-21 United Burroughs.
