PLNA buy a previous house with Gloria F Dean and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Gloria managed some properties for us and was the WORST property manager we have ever encountered. When she received our properties, they were full. When she abruptly quit on us, the properties were all vacant minus two that had vagabonds living there. She was flaky, rude, inconsistent, and incompetent. She cost us about $96,000 because of her bad management and her unwillingness to communicae how bad things were. Do not use her. You will regret it if you do. We sure regret it.
