I worked with Patricia to buy my first home, and two and half years later we turned our investment into dream. After the sell of my first home in Pflugerville my husband and I were able to get into another good investment home that match what we wanted and needed exactly. Despite a slowing economy back than Patricia put together a deal that I thought was impossible and we received 18% more than expected from the buyers. I was able to invest all of that cash into a better lifestyle. Patricia and her team really do care about my agenda. Ex. My husband and I wanted a more expensive house (still with in our budget but outside of our means of comfort) through some great advise from her and Sean M. we purchased a home more suitable for a young couple. The less expensive house avoided us from becoming "Home Poor". Now in 09 we are selling our house for a profit again thanks to Patrica and Sean Murphy.
