yes, he is a greedy man. We have a judgement against him for 150k. We think it should be more. look under public records under his name and you will find more judgements against him.

I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with Stephen Lyons on a real estate transaction. In my opinion, he was only interested in making himself money and he was all talk with very little action. I would not recommend him to anyone.
