Andrew helped me sell my first home. When my house wasn't selling, he set up a group of realtors to come in and provide feedback of what may help sell the home. After implementing the suggestions, I received a bid right away. I waited about 3 months to buy another home, but called Andrew when it was time. He helped me get in the subdivision I wanted, and helped negotiate an awesome deal on the home. I can't say enough positive things about him. My husband and I are currently using Andrew for the sale of our house and the purchase of another, we have found him to be very responsive and helpful. He is extremely knowledgable in his field and has been able to ****ist us in many areas of the sale/purchase. He is more than willing to work with us and ****ist us as needed.
Awful Person
I recently bought a boat which was still titled to Andrew. I called him and he agreed to send me the title. A montyh later I still have no title. He claims he is so busy. Now he won't return my calls!! I cannot use the boat until I get the title!! He is only concerned about himself. Will not return my calls/e-mails. Real nice guy...
