I recently bought a boat which was still titled to Andrew. I called him and he agreed to send me the title. A montyh later I still have no title. He claims he is so busy. Now he won't return my calls!! I cannot use the boat until I get the title!! He is only concerned about himself. Will not return my calls/e-mails. Real nice guy...
