If you are the same agent that posted a recent "horror story" on Broker Agent, I can only say that you are an idiot, especially after reading the above review & reply. One can certainly sell a mobile home FHA even if it was moved multiple times. The owner simply has to have a chain of title. If the title was in the current sellers name for over a yr ( could have changed to 2 yrs with 09 regs) then it is qualified for FHA. And regarding your claims on Broker Agent, it is a COMPARATIVE market analysis, NOT cumulative. You are an embarrassment to this profession that is already so full of idiots who took a pre-licensing class & passed a state exam. Move on to something safer for the public.

Providing false information
I placed an offer on a property submitted by Cheryl Luksovsky. She posted the ad online using false information. The house was 6 years older than the information provided. I paid for an appraisal and inspection out of pocket that I will never get refunded back to me, as the option period expired. ($800 total) Buyers beware. If you come into contact with her, I would recommend moving onto another seller.
