- I enjoy being a Real Estate Agent because I love to solve people's problems. Each client represents a personal challenge and I will work diligently until I have accomplished our ultimate goal. Once accomplished, the feeling is great!

- The most challenging issue is time management. I selectively keep my client level to a manageable number. I will not take on Buyers or sellers with unrealistic expectations. I tell people the truth, not what they want to hear.

- I actually sold a property we listed for a seller in Dallas, and sold it the first day for cash!

- My best characteristic is attention to detail. My engineering background helps me recognize things other agents overlook.

- Always be honest and if you tell someone you are going to do something, make sure you do it!
