I would strongly discourage anyone from using this realtor in any buy, sell, or lease transaction. Very unprofessional and extremely poor service.

Kurosh defaulted on $13,500 to my agent. He is dishonest and should not be trusted. He intentionally gave his agent bad advice so he could pocket her commission. Avoid him and his company Emerald Homes LLC. I would not recommend using him as an agent or a broker.
