Went through this agent to buy a house, and house was not recommended by inspector. She would not communicate with us (or the seller) and was astounded we didn't want the house. Wouldn't recommend this agent.

Unfortunately, we bought a home from these fast buck artists. Steer clear of this uncaring company. All they want is your money once the contract is signed and care nothing nor do nothing positive for you as the customer. I hear they have a reputation for screwing their clients over. I wish I had never bought anything from these business con (rip-off) artists. Be smart, save your money & shop elsewhere.

This guy I dealt with Velma Simon on a home purchase. He is totally useless- Buyer beware as Tom Martin & company don't stand behind what they sell. Once the contract is signed the buyer is on their own-Word has it they hire attorneys to screw over their clients-in other words find loopholes in the laws to not serve their customer's best interest. They own the subdivision which contains no fire hydrants. The subdivision is not kept up even by the real estate co. (empty lots) The postal boxes are in the subdivision are riddled w/gang related graffitti. Every request I had for them was denied. Totally worthless company in my opinion. This company needs a refresher course in real estate law for sure.

Basically beware of this rip off real estate company located off US 59 in Porter, TX. They talk alot of sales stuff till the contract is signed, then your on your own. The subdivision is owned by the real estate company and the water they sell you is very high price. I wish I had never done business with them They have a really uncaring attitude plus LIE to their customers. Bottom line-rip off company who only wants to make a fast buck.-They care nothing for the customer-Avoid if you're smart.
