- The great feeling of seeing the glow on a face of a new homeowner have they have gone through the process of finding, buying, closing and moving into their new home, community and new life !!
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The steady change in the marketplace and continuing to make sure that I am on top of and aware of what's available and what's best for my client/customer.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I was working with a family that really fell in love with a home that I had shown them. I shared information on the community, the schools that the children would go to and so forth. The oldest boy was 14 at the time and he was really excited about the new school that I had told him about. I showed him which room would be a great room for a growing boy and where he could keep all of his things as he grew, sports that he could possibly participate in and all of the fun activities in the community. This would be their 1st home. Then...there was an issue with getting financing for them for this particular home. The look on the son's face when he heard his parents say that they could not afford the home and that they would have to wait. I took it upon myself to do what I could within my power and beyond to help this family to get into the home they had fallen in love with. We worked through it all, I was able to get the price down and receive more money for the closing. The young man was so happy that they were going to move into their 1st home! I went to their home for the housewarming party, I gave him a tree to plant to grow as he grew up. I also got him a job at the neighborhood carwash. This is what makes me feel good about what I do. It's not just about the sale....it's about children having the "American Way of Living". To be happy as they grow and to be able to look back at their childhood and talk about that with their friends they grew up with and remember when. To have their friends over to hang out in their back yard, to have birthday parties at home with friends and family. To have Sunday dinner with the family and then get ready for the next week of their life in the comfort of their home and to feel peace, love and happiness in the world they live in.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I don't meet any strangers !! When I meet a client/customer for the 1st time....we always hit it off and it becomes more than just business...it becomes a solid friendship......
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- What inspires me the most is the fact that I have to always stay on top of my business and personal affairs. I am very driven and success is what I reach for in everything I do. Health, Spiritual, Family, Finances & Business. I don't always meet my goals, but I continue to strive for excellence !!
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- The word FOCUS and I have always shared this with my children in everything they do. Failure Of Concentration Undermines Success !!
