Renter buy a previous house with Grace Chen and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Grace is the WORSE Realtor EVER!!!!!! She told my Wife & I that we were approved for a property at 2449 Briarwood Cove in Cedar Hill, TX, pending the outcome of rental verification. Well, she texted me at 7:15AM (work me up on a Saturday morning) just to tell us that a $2800 deposit & 1st month's rent are due before 1/1/2012. I told her that she was changing the terms of our earlier conversations, and that she still hasn't told us whether we're approved or not. I asked, "are we approved?" and she said, "when you can have deposit AND first month's rent is a condition." She hangs up on you, cuts you off while speaking, and doesn't hardly return calls, texts, or email. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldn't rent a playpen for a pet from her. Stay MILES away from Grace. She'll cheat you out of your money if you're not careful. We pulled out right in time! Left on 12/24/2011
BM sell a previous house with David H Lawrence and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
Don't ever do any business with Dave Lawrence from Texans home realty. He is a complete fool, I was working with a lady who told me he was a complete physco and I didn't believe her, but he is! He is crazy, he didn't ever answer my phone or emails and when I told him I was going to drop him as my Realtor for that reason, he flew off the handle and starting threatining me about still being involved in my house whether I like it or not, how he would contact my next realtor, how he would still contact my lender, he is an extremelly rude, unprofessional person to work with.

I bought a foreclosure home through Zohre Shamshiri. She is one of the most knowledgeable and friendly real estate agents. She made an incredible deal for me on my house. As a first time home buyer I was so nerves. I will never forget how she was so helpful confident during all the process. I already recommended her to all my friends.

My experience with Dave was fabulous! My husband and I are looking to relocate to the Frisco/Prosper area. On kind of a whim I called Dave up because of a listing I had seen on a site. He just happened to be the realtor on the page. I didn't know what to expect. I couldn't have happened on to a better realtor had I researched for months! Dave took his weekend and showed my husband and I around to atleast 15 different properties. He was kind and gracious to us and never once made me feel like we had to make a decision right away! He went to work for us putting in a bid for us from a state away. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone looking to sellor buy a home. I know I am looking forward to working with him again soon!

I was renting a house that Jerri Gilbert was the property manager for. Before moving in there were many things that were promised to be fixed by the move in date. None were fixed by move in as promised. The repairs that were made seemed like a child had done them, or at least not a professional. Several things were never fixed as promised. We decided to terminate the lease early. I would never rec to anyone to use this company or to go thru what we had to go thru. I've rented a lot of places and this was by far my worst experience

I hired Jason to manage my property (no buy/sale). Due to his conduct, TREC issued a disciplinary action that is a matter of public record and has been published in the November 2009 TRECAdvisor newsletter (page 6-7) and on their website (http://www.trec.state.tx.us/complaintsconsumer/DiscipActionResults.asp?inLicno=428926): Agreed reprimand and $1500 administrative penalty for acting negligently and incompetently in failing to properly return phone calls from a Constable prolonging a tenant eviction and failing to return phone calls promptly thus causing owner to lose potential tenants, in violation of §1101.652(b)(1) of the Texas Occupations Code; engaging in conduct that is dishonest or in bad faith or that demonstrates untrustworthiness by failing to properly list the correct number of bedrooms and age of the owner's home and misrepresenting to owner that eviction had been filed when no eviction was ever filed, in violation of §1101.652(b) of the Texas Occupations Code.
Property Owner buy a previous house with Amber M Brown and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I hired Amber to manage my property (no buy or sale). Due to her conduct, TREC issued a disciplinary action against her license per public record: Agreed reprimand and $2000 administrative penalty for engaging in conduct that constituted withholding from or inserting into a statement of account or invoice a statement that the license holder knew made the statement of the account or invoice inaccurate in a material way, specifically by charging a property owner for the filing of an eviction lawsuit when, in fact, such eviction did not occur, in violation of §1101.652(b)(24) of the Texas Occupations Code; engaging in conduct that constituted dishonest dealings, bad faith or untrustworthiness in charging a property owner for the filing of an eviction lawsuit, when such eviction failed to occur, authorizing repairs without the property owner's authorization, and posting disparaging remarks in the MLS about a property owner, in violation of §1101..652(b)(2) of the Texas Occupations Code
