By knowing not only I do not have a job or income in US, but also I have no credit history in US to qualify for a home mortgage loan, Grace Chen wanted to earn the $16,000 real estate agent commission, she applied a mortgage loan under her name, and purchased the property under her name, had me pay for the down payment, property tax, and all home improvement expenses, and 2 months of mortgage when the property has no tenent. Grace Chen had leased the property to various tenants and collected monthly rental checks, and had failed and or refused to turn over the monthly rent checks to me, also failed and or refused to provide property taxes statements, and all expenses receipts associated to the property to me. Grace Chen even threaten me if I ever missed one mortgage payment while the property has no tenant, she will claim the ownership of the property permanently. Grace Chen is a lier and thief. "

When we had to reach her about an issue with the house, her voicemail box was either full or when she did answer, she was rude in her responses and would hang up on us. We decided not to purchase the house and end the lease with her. I wouldn't recommend buying a doghouse for a dog from her! If you see her name as the listing agent, RUN!!! "

Many times I wanted to walk away from the deal out of pure principle.
It started after we agreed to her counter offer and she would not sign the contract because she was waiting on other offers (which I think was a bold face lie)!
We practically had to force her to agree to repairs that needed to be taken care of.
Also, after we had issues with the original lender taking too long to approve our loan (Chase underwriting had it for over 5 weeks and never looked at out file, avoid Chase at all costs!) she threatened to back out and take our ernest money since it was so soon to closing and still no approval.
After our realtor convinced Lana that it was not an issue of not being approved, we got her to agree to an extension on the closing date.
When we hit a snag with funding due to HUD rules of no peeling paint, she refused to do anything!"

He did give me some suggestions as to advertise the location for potential roommates, most of which I had not known existed. I gave them to my landlord Caesar, who was very happy. Also, he and Scott got to talking, and Scott learned that he was a licensed electrician. Scott said that he may be able to send Caesar some work his way through your agency.
Mr. Scott was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very helpful to us even though we were not exactly his type of client. He is an incredible ****et to Ebby Halliday through his networking abilities. I strongly recommend his work ethnic and great personality.
