My experience with Dave was fabulous! My husband and I are looking to relocate to the Frisco/Prosper area. On kind of a whim I called Dave up because of a listing I had seen on a site. He just happened to be the realtor on the page. I didn't know what to expect. I couldn't have happened on to a better realtor had I researched for months! Dave took his weekend and showed my husband and I around to atleast 15 different properties. He was kind and gracious to us and never once made me feel like we had to make a decision right away! He went to work for us putting in a bid for us from a state away. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone looking to sellor buy a home. I know I am looking forward to working with him again soon!

When moving to Plano several years ago, we were referred to Ronnie by a professional service out of Boston as our buyer's agent. Ronnie's incredible kowledge of the market and ability to quickly converge to a few houses that exactly matched our interests was phenominal. We have also continued to monitor house sales listed through her compared to others and found that generally speaking, they moved very quickly. We have known others that have sold their homes using Ronnie. We also know someone who did not think that her advice regarding changes necessary to move their house was accurate, did not sell for quite some time, and later changed their mind. I personnaly would not bother to look for another agent.

Listed a starter house during a new build. Smooth talker but didnt deliver. Only time he called/emailed was when we called first to ask what was going on. Didnt offer valuable recommendations for price reductions or staging. Seemed dis-interested in getting it sold quickly.
