- Because of my background in law, I often get clients because they have difficult transactions or problems they need help with. Though each is a learning experience, few are easy.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I recently took a listing for a larger tract of land in a developing suburb of North Texas. The interesting part was that it had an 800 ft. radio tower on a portion of the land. With creative advertising and proper pricing, it was under contract in 1 month at near list price.

- My knowledge of real estate and contract law, and my experience and training in negotiation.

- My faith in God.

- Truly serving others requires more than just average efforts or results, it means giving your all as if you were serving yourself.
