Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Many people don't realize that prices in many of the Northern Sections of D-FW are very stable. This is due to the lack of an oversupply of homes in these areas, unlike previous downturns in the Metroplex.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Using the knowledge & experience I've gained in the last 20+ years to make the largest investment in most people's lives an enjoyable and stress free transaction.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Spreading the word about the Daily Changes in the World of Real Estate as it relates to Homes and Mortgage Lending in the D-FW area. Whether it is helping people find a reputable Lender that will be there when it is time to close, or helping them stop the foreclosure process, it has never been more important than now to have an experienced Real Estate Agent on your side. Rates are lower now than they have been in a generation, so take advantage while you can!

My two boys (or my wife, who keeps up with them better than I ever could!!).
What is the best advice you ever received?
From Dad, to sum up quickly, "Don't Brag-there is always somebody else in the room that will think you're a bore, as they've been more places, have better toys, or make more money, etc.".

It's a toss-up between an Ocean Front View in either Orange County, Calif. or Italy (not the one in Texas!).
