I was renting a house that Jerri Gilbert was the property manager for. Before moving in there were many things that were promised to be fixed by the move in date. None were fixed by move in as promised. The repairs that were made seemed like a child had done them, or at least not a professional. Several things were never fixed as promised. We decided to terminate the lease early. I would never rec to anyone to use this company or to go thru what we had to go thru. I've rented a lot of places and this was by far my worst experience

Jerri has sold 3 of the 5 homes my wife and I own. We will never buy or sell a home unless Jerri and her very knowledgebale staff is involved!! She is very personable and catered to our every need! We will be purchasing a luxury home with First Choice Realtors in the next year, you can bet on who will represent us!!!! Thanks Jerri
