Mr. Scott was visiting a friend near my house in the outdoors. I overheard them talking about the real estate business, and I got to talking to him about possibly getting another roommate for my landlords. I showed him into my house, and he was very impressed by what he saw. He did give me some suggestions as to advertise the location for potential roommates, most of which I had not known existed. I gave them to my landlord Caesar, who was very happy. Also, he and Scott got to talking, and Scott learned that he was a licensed electrician. Scott said that he may be able to send Caesar some work his way through your agency. Mr. Scott was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very helpful to us even though we were not exactly his type of client.
