- Sounds crazy but I love serving people. I feel a tremendous amount of joy when I walk through a home with the buyer and I see their eyes light up because they know they just found their next home. Or when a seller is at the title company closing on their house and moving on to their next stage in life. Being a Realtor I am able to share in these little and big moments AND I love it!
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Right now the lending is the most challenging issue. Not only with buyers getting qualified but once they are qualified the banks want everything including the rights to your first born (Not Really! ). It is a challenge but it makes me very grateful because a few years down the road it will pay off! We will not be in the mess nationally that we are facing today.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I love creating win-win situations for my clients! Recently a buyer of mine bought a incredible one owner home in a wonderful established neighborhood that him and his wife completely remodeled before starting their family. We got an incredible deal (about 40k off the list price) and my clients are so happy! The kind of things that bring me joy and satisfaction.

- wow this is a hard question. - If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Lubbock, TX! :) .....this is a hard choice. I love the mountains and the beach!...But I honestly I would choose Lubbock right now, family and friends are both close, TTU Sports, love my church, and love my job. Life is good in Lubbock.
