Sylvie is a very sweet lady, and she knows her stuff. She thinks about your needs in every step of the process. She learned what we wanted and found only houses that she thought we'd like. She gave us her honest opinion about whether to go with a certain house or not. Bascially we were first time home buyers and didn't know much about the process. She made it very simple for us, and she was always available when we needed her. Loved her!
