She was very professional, She got my family into a house immediatly! She answerd every single one of my calls and emails straight away! We were looking for a house in august, and we told her that we needed to move right away. So right after I had called her and told her all the info, 5 min later she called me and said " I sent you some house to your email, they are all available and they are in your price range". The same day i had to work till 8 but she was still ready to show the house the very first day I called her. She told everything about the houses. She got us moved in the Next day! Jennifer did not give up! She called over 35 listing agents in the area. I can happily say that we have moved into our new home that she found us. I will use Jennifer the next time we move. I highly recommend using her in your next real estate transaction.

I am not sure what happened with the other review but that is not the Jennifer I know. I contacted Jennifer about 2 weeks ago looking for a house. Once I hung up the phone with her 5 minutes later I had a list of houses to look at in my email. First she called me and confirmed that I had received the email. As soon as I emailed her the houses I wanted to look at she contacted the listing agents and made sure that they where still available. My schedule was very hectic and I was not available until after seven thirty to look. Jennifer then met me and showed me four houses. She spent until two in the morning processing our paperwork and got us moved into our house the next day! She is very professional and goes above and beyond your normal expectations of a realtor! I will make sure and use her for all of our real estate needs.

Jennifer lists multiple rental properties online. I have contacted her regarding them multiple times and have not even been able to look at a property. First, she sent me a couple of photos and info. When I attempted to view them personally with her and get further info., she was unsure of whether they were available. I asked to be sent homes that were available, not that weren't. She never called back or emailed like she said she would. I left many, many voice messages explaining that I really wanted to find a place within 3 weeks and she never returned them again. I also had my mother call and request the same info. She got the same treatment. Well, almost. Jennifer never even followed through with the initial request of an email of available homes. Nor did she ever return a call. All of the homes she lists do not have addresses available. I cannot even go directly to another realtor about those listings. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Being a first time buyer, I could not have been luckier to have had such a great realtor. Her attention to detail, looking out for MY best interests, and thinking outside the box made my transaction easier than I would have ever thought. Not only did she put me in the area that I wanted, but she went out of her way to make sure that I got the best deal possible, and she made all the "red tape" dissapear in the paper maze that is involved in buying a new house. Look no further if you should find yourself lucky enough to attain Amanda as your represenative. A++++++++
