Well, I paid the security dep and 1st month rent while my husband was in his last 6 wks of Iraq. Wanted to have a place ready for him when he came back. We have a home in Va, but he was stationed at Hood. That was Dec 5, 09. We didn't move in til Jan 15, so the place was empty. We got orders to Bliss for May, so we were there for only 4 1/2 months. We are in our 40's, and it's just the 2 of us. I made 4 phone calls to see about the Sec dep. Each time I got the runaround, first, it was mailed to the Va address, my son is living in that house, and it never came. Then, I called back 10 days later, told her it never came, she said, it just went out, give it about 3-5 days, when I asked how much I could expect,,,,, $19.20.. WTHell, I thought, when I asked why! The dep was like $600.00??? She said it was all itemized. Oh well, Today is Nov 9, 2010, haven't heard a word, or seen a thing. They are not to be trusted and anything bad that I can say about them, will be said. And I have found a site, here, at Bliss, that PCS'ing Soldiers check before they head out. Believe me, it's all been said. To treat ANYone that way is criminal, let alone a Soldier. Thanks for putting us in a financial strain with this move, Donna and ASSociates!

THE ABSOLUTE worst realtor in the United States of America. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE MORONS. Harrasses tenants. Threatens eviction over the smallest insignificant things. Cannot believe I rented from them. HORRIBLE.

I am unaware of any issue that Tonika N Goerner had with the purchase of her home. It should be pointed out that I was not her agent, Marvis Releford represented the Goerners as a buyer's representive. I listed the home and performed my duties on the seller's behalf. Before Tonika Goerner decides to make slanderous remarks. She should consider the representation that she recieved from her agent. Finally, her false statments in her review should be a basis to have that review removed.

I just sold my duplex in the end of OCT 09 through Emily's Rentals; the staff was outstanding and Kyle Wheatly bent over backwards to make sure everything was completed. I used Emily's Rentals as a rental company as well and they are absolutely fantastic and have the investors best interest in mind, which is something I struggled with while using other rental companies in the Killeen area. I am military and live across the country from where I had my duplex in Killeen, with Emily's Rentals I never worried about whether or not my dulpex was being taken care of....again the staff is fantastic! If you are military I highly suggest to use Kyle Wheatly as your rental or selling agent! Thanks to a great staff! You guys rock!

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! I was told over the phone I had left 1 nail hole in the kitchen wall and u know what they charged me to fix it 170.00 WTF!?!?! WHen i moved in that place there was MOLD and MILDEW everywhere but I had nowhere to go so I moved in (plus i didn't realize the extent of the mold and mildew till after i started cleaning the place) This place is a joke!!!

He is a sham artist a real piece of work if you want incompetent jerk then you have found your man! I would never buy another house from him or anyone that he is associated with, I have a brand new house that is a money pit!!!!!!

Kyle Wheatley and the staff are top notch, I have used other local agencys in the past, but Kyles team is much more personal with thier clients. We put the house up for sale or lease. Turned over the keys to my house and moved away. Kyle had renters lined up in days. Took the stress of the payment right off my back. Lived in Killeen for 15 years, know a thing or two about shady business practices. Kyle and his team are bottom line up front, no guessing, no surprises. I really don't know what to say about this man or his companies! I do not feel like getting into specifics. HORRIBLE COMPANIES! The Wheatley family will scam you like you have never been scammed before. In fact don't event listen to me! GO to google and type in "Texstar properties" Look at their better business bureau report! Then go look at their other companies and see how they are doing. Go ahead, be stupid, I was...and look where I am now! Go to hell Wheatley!
