Cannot recommend him. Had very bad experience with him. He is not fit to be a realtor. He is a cheat

First of all, she is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She returns calls immediately and goes right to work for you. Being a complete novice, Hucel walked me through, step by step and explained how everything worked and what all to expect. From finding the house, all the way through closing, it was smooth as silk. I highly recommend Hucel to anyone. You will not be disappointed. I closed on my house in 2006, and she and I both still keep in touch.

Welsey's lack of effort towards communicating will surely hinder his realtor career. He is also practically brand new to this profession; take a look at when he started. For these reasons, pick someone else for this very important job.
