He doesn't have any manners I call him ask him for information on a property and he treated me like trash. He doesn't have any manner I will never give him any of my properties he doesn't know how to treat others with respect.

Delilah has taken care of our living needs for over 8 years for both rental and purchase. She is extremely thorough, and her market knowledge is unparalleled. She truly has our best interest at heart. As an example, she talked us out of properties that we were determined to pursue but she cautioned us to keep looking as they were overpriced or had dubious history. She has a high sense of whether a client's lifestyle fits the location and property.we will not make any property decisions without her!

Gave a very sloppy inspection of my property, which caused a deal to fall through. Will file a complaint with TREC and discuss legal options with my attorney on recovery of damages to to fraudulent report.

After reading the horrible reviews of this company (who has recently changed their name to managerenthouses.com) I reluctantly decided to do business with them. That was a huge mistake and unfortunately I am living with the consequences. If you are reading these reviews PLEASE take them seriously and do not do business with this company. You will regret it if you do!

Toni is the most unprofessional realtor I have ever had. She only cares about showing you high price apartments and is extremely lazy. She is not reliable. Instead, she stresses you out even more. I would rather look for a place with no help.

This management company is terrible! Your money is gone. My tenant paid late fee in cash and this company wouldnt give it to us, saying that they didnt receive any. They took the money from the laundry coin operated machine, and of course, not report it on the statement. They absolutely make no effort of advertising the apartment (empty for 3 months, which never happened before they took over from owner)If you ever look at the statement they send you every month, expenses are not described clearly or would be something very vague that you couldnt traced down to. Wojciech is just a horrible business person to deal with, you get frustated doing anything with him. Make you feel regret, why did you choose this company, specifically this guy while there are many other companies out there. Now they're changing the name under ManageRentHouses.com, I bet their reputation is so bad that they needed another name!!!

I found Megan Donaldson accidently via a website inquiry when looking at lower income homes, later I decided to buy a newer home which I found on HAR.com(without her assistance) but asked her to show the home. She frequently told me I was taking much longer than most buyers, and I was very difficult to please (we walked 3 foreclosures, and 3 homes before I found the listing I chose. We saw "my house" 2 times before making an offer) She scheduled a walk through the day before closing - I was nervous (I'm a widowed, single mother, first time home buyer) and I asked too many questions - and she raised her voice to me and said "You have been very burdensome throughout this entire process" - She said "You ask so many questions - you worry so much". WOW - on walk through. I loved the house and didn't want to lose it, and prayed for next steps. I asked The broker at Remax Allstars Cypress to attend closing, but she was unavailable -which I understood - she said I could ask Megan. As a First Time Home Buyer I wanted some one in my corner. I called, emailed, and texted Megan and asked her assistance at close. Megan did not show up. I attended the close at Stewart Title with no assist from Remax Allstars. She never made it to the finish line - although I'm sure she was there to collect the check. 5 days after close I am still waiting on information on the home owners warranty, etc. She promised this within 48 hours - 7 days ago. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. I closed - I bought the house INSPITE of Megan Donaldson. I Love the house - but I would never wish my experience on anyone. She is very well trained, very educated and skilled. She is also very judgemental, arrogant, and had a way of making me feel insignificant,as if my questions or concerns were so minor she could not be bothered.

My ReMax agent has been trying for weeks to reach this agent regarding a bank foreclosure and we get no response. We did some research and found that we knew not on single person that has been able to do business with this office regarding a foreclosure because they are generally done in house which is illegal and unfair. They probably use a loop hole to get away with this...just wait for one of their own offers and the tactics of "no response" like they have used with us. Their behavior is no secret in real estate circles. I am surprised the Houston Asooiciation of Realtors, TREC and the RealEstate Commision have not gotten wind of it. They will.
