ABH buy a previous house with Ulysses S Dotson and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Appraisal was terrible, Ulysses was rude and ignored all upgrades in house when making his estimate. He priced our house for 60k less than a "comparable house" -- even though our house had a landscaped yard, plantation shutters throughout, upgraded light fixtures, frameless shower in the master bath and a fireplace....and was only 5 houses away from the "comp" house.
