Horrible experience, pressure pressure pressure, the property is advertised as in good condition but is termite infested, needs new roof, foundation and over 100k worth of work. Not professional at all. Said we had to use him in order to get this property. Said received higher offers but was going to go with ours b/c he works on commission. Unethical. Wrote his own good faith estimate for the closing costs vs. our lenders. I don't know how many buyers will have to get to closing to find out the truth.
