I would love to write good things, but I'm afraid that is not possible. My story is a long one so I will not elaborate on details. Basically, his seller could not close on the house due to financial problems. Two months after the original closing date we are still without a closing date. When we decided to opt out of the sale he became very threatening and was stupid enough to leave a threatening voicemail. House purchases are stressful enough without having to put up with a totally inept agent. I will formally complain about this guy and I hope he loses his license through this. The bottom line with Clarence is that he ONLY cares about his commission. He has no thought or concern about the seller or the buyer. Please be careful if you decide to use him.
