No Show, No Call
I had to leave our home with my dog for showings on a Saturday, which was not a problem. I was gone for the first which was ending at 12:45 but had a call that one would be from 1:45 to 2:45. Not a problem. During this time I had a notice that Amy wanted to show it later. Not a problem. When we arrived home I noticed that she did not leave a card. After reviewing my email and seeing it was a no show I contacted the showing agency and inquired why I was not notified of this. They contacted her and was informed that she tried getting hold of them but was put on hold so did not inform them. This cost me apprx. 3 hours of time I could have been home. This is a problem.
