- I consider it a privilege to have the opportunity of assisting families in the pursuit of home ownership. Meeting clients from all over the world and becoming a large part of their relocation efforts is very rewarding.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Real Estate in itself is a very challenging profession. With much patience and a lot of preparation the process of buying and selling can be made a successful venture for most. One challenge we face today in our market is dealing with multiple contracts for the same home. It takes all the strategies you can muster to make things happen.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I recently listed a friends home that I had sold to he and his wife some ten years ago. It was the our 3rd traansaction. I was able to sell their home before the sign went up at a huge profit for him. The next step of finding a home proved to be a challenge with the property they wanted being a ravine setting in a vewry popular area. We were successful in our offer and secured the home. Both closings went perfect. The combined sales became seed money for two of my children's weddings that year!
- What is your best characteristic?
- I am a very patient person when it comes to working with buyers and sellers. Also, I always like to be on the cutting edge of technology. That combined with good organization and negotiating skills have proven to be valuable.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I am inspired daily by each and every transaction.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- "Don't make long term decisions for short term situations" "Be at the right place at the right time doing the right thing"
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Probably in the mountains on a stream lined with Aspens near a stocked pond and minutes from an upscale shopping center for my wife to graze!
