Thao Diep buy a previous house with Brenda K Gunnerson and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
This agent is entirely unprofessional and fraudulent. She never answers phone calls and does not take any responsibility for her actions or those working under her. She yells on the phone and does not know the details of her property. She misrepresented the sellers and threw in her own offer price during our negotiations. She came up with some random number for an HOA fee when there is no HOA in existence. She was rude during conversations and made my home purchase as unpleasant as possible. We have already closed on the house since last week and she still has not given us the keys to our new place. I would never ever recommend her or her agents to anyone.
