Stephen Lobue (KRG Management) is the property manager of our apartment in Houston since February 2008. He has collected the rents from the tenants, but he has not given us our share of the rents for May, June, and July 2008. I demanded that he pay, and he has promised to pay, but he has failed on his promises. His wife Vicky is also an employee of the company. I am looking at filing a complaint to the Houston District Attorney, and other Texas entities.
