I and 3 other roommates had scheduled a showing/viewing at noon on Sunday with this realtor. We all have different schedules so it is very hard for all of us to be at one place at the same time. We arrived early to our destination and waited. After about 10min with no phone call we tried reaching her by her cell phone & work number. We called the main number at the office and were assured that she was not in the office at the moment & to try calling her again via cell phone. We waited for an hour, calling every few minutes or so, left a message or two but she never answered or called back. We called the main office number again to complain about the poor treatment Mrs. Smith has showed us and how that reflected on the company. They arranged for us to have another showing later that week with another realtor. We still have not received a phone call or an email with an apology from her which we feel we deserve.

Eryson was right there by my side through the whole experience. He was a wonderful agent and we would reccommend to our friends. Anyone feeling nervous about buying a home can trust that they are in great hands with this agent.

AT FIRST, I WAS SCARED TO WORK WITH A REALTOR. I ALWAYS THOUGHT, THEY WERE GONNA IGNORE ME AND NOT HELP ME THE WAY THAT I WANTED THEM TO. THEN, I MET JASON BISOTOONI. HE HELPED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE TRANSACTION. I WAS LOOKING TO BUY A HOUSE AND HE ASKED ME A FEW QUESTIONS ON WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, AND BAM, HE FOUND THE HOUSE OF MY DREAMS FOR THE PRICE I WANTED TO STAY IN. HE IS AMAZING, HE MADE THE PROCESS OF BUYING SO SMOOTH. I WISH THERE WAS MORE REALTORS LIKE HIM. HE IS SO DOWN TO EARTH AND A GREAT PERSON TO WORK WITH. I WILL ALWAYS USE HIM ON ALL MY REAL ESTATE SERVICES. I HAVE ALREADY REFERRED HIM TO MY BEST FRIEND WHO IS LOOKING TO BUY A HOUSE AS WELL. SHE HAS ALREADY TOLD ME HE IS JUST WONDERFUL TO BE AROUND AND WORK WITH. IF YOU WERE TO CHOOSED ANY REALTOR FOR YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS. YOU NEED TO USE HIM!!!

I don't understand how can she be selling anything; she is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. She was unpleasant to me from the moment she saw me and wouldn't show me the property I was interested in, because I had flip-flops and the building is under construction. I came back with my realtor and my shoes but she started yelling at both of us and wouldn't give us the precise information on when can we come back and see it. We will try to work with another listed realtor but I'm even considering never going back to The Edge just so I don't ever have to see her again.
