"This person/company has to be a joke. I've never delt with someone SO unprofessional. Does NOT return phone calls (I left 7 messages on her cell and business phone numbers combined and included my call back number on every one!). I even left an email and got some generic greatlandlords.com response. Upon calling someone who I presume works for her (aka, woke up on the wrong side of the bed, Jackie), I was rudely told to call her back in an hour because she was at the car dealership. Really??? is this how you treat someone who is interested in several properties and has been calling for weeks?? I went out of my way to find other real estate agents to show me properties she has listed just because she never checks messages, picks up her phone, or calls people back. I don't even know why has a business or if it is even a REAL business!!! Obviously a one-woman show who is incompetent, inept, and CANNOT handle the job!"
